We have had our share of struggles and trails. Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome? Really, there is nothing better to give yourself to. Our motto is to live Brave lives and to lead others to love others, keeping faith and love at the center of who we are. This included a yearly Pajama Project, bringing PJ’s and books to Miami-Dade Headstart Kids, connecting with the WOW (special needs) Center of Miami for a clothing drive, and Operation Christmas Child plus 5 more local outreach projects. We host ongoing community outreaches such as bringing Brave Apparel to the homeless of our city, bringing Missions Teams to do medical missions in Haiti, building an orphanage for 25 Indian girls, and hosting our Annual Love Week. Brave Church loves our community and wants to do everything possible to contribute and enrich others lives. From our adventure-filled kids facilities to our Young At Heart Thanksgiving Dinner (55+). Our heart is to help those who might be in a struggle, repeating dead end cycles, or the person just wanting to connect with others in a life-giving positive way. Within a year we became the Lead Pastors, bringing this fun, youthful culture to the entire church. We did out of the box events like our own Color Run, throwing powder in the parking lot which made a lot of people want to bring their friends out. She is getting married to her best friend who she met at the young adult prom. We have seen so many young adults over the years lives come together in such a good way. That girl that visited that night is now on our staff, as our music director. We had one girl who told her friends to get ready like they were going to the club, but instead she brought them to church. The music was cool, the vibe was amazing and people from everywhere began to come. Soon we became the young adult pastors and the gym upstairs where we were hosting services was soon packed with the youth and young adults every Friday night. We have always believed that church is not boring or irrelevant. That it was relevant and fun and a place to connect and do life with people like you. We had a heart to help the younger generation realize that church can be a place for everyone. They offered us the position of youth pastors. We received a call from the former pastor of Central Bible Assembly of God to help transition the church to relate to the next generation. Six years ago, we were pastors in Dallas.
