When you bring any of these materials to the Center, you must present your service card as your ID. Need to get rid of lumber, household debris, carpeting, furniture or other such non-recyclable materials? This is also when to use your service card under the continuing rules & regulations. Unbagged vegetation such as branches brought to the Center will not be debited from your service card but will be scanned for record purposes. Public Works picks up leaf bags in the Fall. Checks should be made out to “Township of Piscataway.” The service card acts as your ID and must be presented at the gate as proof of residency. Since January 1, 2020, in lieu of the coupons being mailed to residents, you will use the new Piscataway Service Card that electronically contains the services provided by DPW through a UPC code.
